CAMEROON caplami co-op via AEROPRESS is so cool.

This great coffee is from Hono Coffee Roaster in Tokyo. They haven't open yet but very soon you can get coffee from them. They have 2 different roast profiles. One is "Danish", the other one is "Even Dark". Former is very inspired from coffee scene in Copenhagen, the taste is very clean, fruity and has bright acidity. Latter is named "Even Dark", this coffee is roasted for espresso aims at making double full shot espresso from 17 - 20g dose.


夜も遅くにせっせとAEROPRESSなんて。最近は使うコーヒーの量をオリジンによって調節してるんですが、まぁだいたい15gくらいで落ち着いてます。WBC開催時にはAEROPRESS選手権もあるみたいなんで、代表狙ってこうと思います！うそ！
