シティから2駅のKensington駅前にあるThe Premises。僕のメルボルン生活の中で一番長く時間を過ごした場所であり、多くの素晴らしい経験と仲間に出会えた場所。オーナーのAlexはSt.ALi, Liar LiarやSeven Seeds、またロンドンのFlat White等を渡り歩いて来たメルボルン指折りの実力派。そんな彼とパートナーのKateが作り上げたカフェはどこかホッとするHeartyな雰囲気。

メルボルンを代表するコーヒーロースター(Seven Seeds, Auction Rooms, Market Lane Coffee)のコーヒー用意し、普段のFeliceのメニューでは無く、オーストラリアで一般的に飲まれているエスプレッソを中心としたメニュー及び、ハンドドリップやエアロプレス等のFilter抽出によるシングルオリジンコーヒーを提供致します。
※開催中は特に時間を決めてセミナーや企画等用意しておりませんが、実際にメルボルンのコーヒーを飲んで頂き、写真等を見ながら、オーストラリアのコーヒーカルチャーやこちらでの生活、日本との違い等についてお話しできればと思っています。

Auction Rooms、とそのローストファクトリーSmall Batch。こっちに来てすぐの時に今のお店と掛け持ちで働いていたお店。年始のVictorian Latte Art Compの際のコーヒーもお世話になりました。Thanks a lot!

I'm really excited about opening of a new great coffee stop in Melbourne CBD area! Market Lane Terry St is just a small beautiful sunny space very focusing on retail coffee. It's just side of Queen Victoria Market.

メルボルンでおそらく一番有名なFlinders St駅の地下道に佇む、コーヒースタンド。日本でも良く見かけるジューサーバー等のスタンドのノリでシャッター開けて営業しているthe Cup of Truthは今シティエリアで最も美味しいコーヒーが飲めるお店の一つ。

Melbourne CBDに位置するSeven Seedsの支店Brother Baba Budan、 コーヒー（Espresso and Clover）以外には簡単なペイストリーが少しだけ。それでも出勤前と昼休みにはテイクアウェイで行列ができるのは、皆がこの店のコーヒーを欲しているから。

I can't stop thinking about this critical disaster in Japan and was looking for the way to help my friends. Monday 28 March, from 8 am to 5 pm I and Toshi are gonna make coffee at Market Lane Coffee (usually they close on Monday) All the money raised by coffee will go to charity for Japan. Please come down, grab some coffees and help our friends.

まず、今回の地震で被災された皆様に心からお見舞い申し上げます。日本を離れ、メルボルンから日本で起きた事、世界からの応援の声を見て自分が日本人であると言う事を改めて強く感じました。オーストラリア人も皆、日本の事を心配して声をかけてくれます。僕等もメルボルンから何か出来る事をやる。それしかないよ。できるさ。
